A New Launch Condo Development Fourth Avenue Residences is residential site at Fourth Avenue under the reserve list of the first-half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) programme was launched for sale by public tender on Thursday (Nov 2), the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced.

Fourth Avenue Residences, nestled in a mature private residential estate in Bukit Timah, the site can build an estimated 455 housing units and has a land area of about 1.9 hectares with a maximum permissible gross floor area of 33,358 square metres.

This Fourth Avenue Residences residential site is adjacent to the Sixth Avenue Mrt Station and in the established residential estate of Bukit Timah. The top bid in the tender for this site could range from $500 million to $550 million ($1392 to $1532 psf ppr). The Fourth Avenue site is also in the neighbourhood of the Eng Neo Good Glass Bungalow Area and the Raffles Park GCBA. In the vicinity are top schools such as Nanyang Girls’ High School, National Junior College and Hwa Chong Institution.
